Major U.S. Weather News – Feb. 13, 2016:

The weather in California and the Southwestern US will remain hot and dry for at least a few more days.  The east half of the US will see some of the coldest temperatures in decades and many areas of the Midwest, Northeast and parts of the south will see snow, ice and/or rain.
