Weather forecast March 31, 2016:  Winter Storm Troy will be moving east across the U.S. between now and Friday.  Across the north, there will be ice and snow.  From around Chicago and south to the Gulf Coast, there will be areas of thunderstorms, heavy rain, hail, localized flooding and damaging winds.  The front will move to the East Coast by Friday.  See more details about weather around the world.
