Fans of ABC’s popular television franchise, The Bachelor, will not have to wait until January to catch up with their favorite bachelors and bachelorettes. The 2016 bachelor, Ben Higgins, and his fiance, Lauren Bushnell, will soon be appearing in their own television series, Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After, available on the Freeform television network beginning on October 11, 2016. Besides Ben and Lauren, several other well known form cast members of The Bachelor franchise shows will also be making an appearance on their show this fall.
Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell now have their own reality television series this fall … wonderful for fans who want to know what happened “after the final rose.” (https://twitter.com/BenandLaurenTV/status/775454066050760704)
Ben and Lauren became engaged during the season finale of The Bachelor in March, 2016. After their relationship was officially announced, they moved in together in Denver, Colorado.
The new show is unscripted and will follow the couple as they experience daily life together, while making wedding plans. It will also cover Ben’s decision to run as a Republican for the Colorado House of Representatives in November.
Promos of the show indicate the adorable couple are still enjoying each others company.
Several other fan favorites from previous shows in The Bachelor franchise are also expected to make an appearance on the show, including the villain from the 2016 shows, The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise, Chad Johnson. Many people never expected to see him on a Bachelor franchise show again, especially after host Chris Harrison was forced to send Chad home from Bachelor in Paradise after his drunken behavior!
See the trailer below for a glimpse of what we can expect to see this fall on Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After!
The couple will also be asking for relationship advice from a few other well-known bachelor couples, including former Bachelorette JoJo and her fiance Jordan, as well as Bachelor in Paradise couple Grant and Lace (the couple now called Grace). Can’t wait to learn more about how things are going with these other couples and see what advice they have to share.
Is it possible there will be a cluster of weddings coming this winter on the ABC television network?
