NASCAR: Camping World Truck Series in Atlanta

It’s race two of a double header Saturday and the second of three races at Atlanta Motor Speedway when the Camping World Truck Series with the Active Pest Control 200.

Camping World regular Christopher Bell sits on the pole and will lead the field to the green flag.

The stages for this 130 lap race are 40 laps for stages one and two with the final stage lasting 50 laps.

Christopher Bell takes the green flag to start the race and takes over the lead of the race.

The race had barely started when Noah Gragson brings out the first caution flag of the race when he spins out and gets into Brett Moffitt. Korbin Forrister was also involved in the wreck. Gragson is also reporting radio issues.

Todd Peck is out of the race on lap two.

Christopher Bell brings the field down for the green flag restart on lap four and pulls out in front of the field.

On lap 16 Christopher Bell has pulled his truck ot to a lead of nearly two and a half seconds.

On lap 22 Bell has increased his lead to nearly four seconds.

Chase Elliott brings out the second caution flag of the race on lap 27 with a tire issue. Parker Kligerman’s truck stops on the track. He is out of the race with electrical issues.

Pit road is open but only a few drivers take advantage and come down pit road for service. Noah Gragson is penalzied for speeding on pit road.

Christopher Bell brings the field down for the green flag restart on lap 31 and stays out in front of the field.

With five laps to go in the stage, Bell has a lead of over a second on the field.

At the end of stage one Christopher Bell is the leader and wins 10 championship points plus a playoff point.

The drivers bring their trucks down pit road for service. Christopher Bell wins the race off of pit road.

Chase Briscoe had trouble on pit road and is now three laps down.

Christopher Bell brings the field down for the green flag restart on lap 46 and pulls out in front of the field.

Akinori Ogata brings out the caution flag on lap 49 with a smoking car. Stewart Friesen is the “lucky dog”.

A late afternoon race, the sun is proving to be an issue for many of the drivers.

Halfway through stage two and Christopher Bell has a lead of a second over his truck owner and boss man Kyle Busch.

With eleven laps remaining in stage two, Christopher Bell’s lead over the field is nearly four seconds.

With seven laps in the stage Bell has increased his lead to over five seconds.

With five laps to go that lead is over five seconds.

With three laps remaining Bell has increased his lead to nearly seven seconds.

With just two laps remaining in the stage, John Hunter Nemechek hit the wall and has to bring his truck down pit road.

“Driving it like he stole it,” Christopher Bell takes the white flag for stage two with a lead of over seven seconds.

Leading every lap so far, Christopher Bell wins stage two and earns himself another 10 championship points and another playoff point.

Kyle Busch brings the field down pit road to begin the third and final stage on lap 87. Busch takes the lead as the drivers get three wide behind him.

On lap 90 Ben Rhodes challenges Kyle Busch for the lead of the race but Busch holds on to the lead.

Tommy Joe Martins brings out the caution flag with 36 laps remaining in the race when he spins out. Stewart Friesen is the “lucky dog”.

Kyle Busch brings the field down to the green flag restart with 32 laps to go in the race and takes the lead.

Jordan Anderson brought out the seventh caution flag of the race after making contact with Korbin Forrister.

Drivers make one final trip down pit road for their last fresh set of tires. After pitting on the last caution, Grant Enfinger stays out on the track and leads the race.

Grant Enfinger brings the field down for the green flag restart with 18 laps remaining in the race. Matt Crafton takes over the lead of the race. Kyle Busch hits the wall but the track stays green.

Wit 17 laps to go, Christopher Bell challenges Matt Crafton for the lead and pulls out in front.

With just eleven laps remaining in the race, Christopher Bell’s lead is over a second.

Nine laps remaining in the race and Christopher Bell has a lead of over two seconds on the field.

With six laps to go, Bell has pulled out to a lead of over three seconds.

Austin Cindric brings out the eighth caution flag of the race when he spins out and cuts a tire.

With only two laps remaining in the race, Christopher Bell brings the field down for the green flag restart and takes over the lead of the race after a short battle with Matt Crafton.

Leading 99 of the 130 laps in the race, Christopher Bell wins the Active Pest Control 200 in dominating fashion.
