With sights set on future growth, Mark Hauser of Hauser Private Equity was delighted when he announced the addition of Hayley Long to the team as an Investor Development Director. Long was brought on to manage relationships with partners and existing investors while focusing on private wealth, intermediary relationships, and raising future capital.
Hayley Long took the chance to introduce herself to the financial world when her hiring was announced. Long said, “I am delighted to announce that I have joined Hauser Private Equity as their Investment Development Director.”

Hayley Long Joins Veteran Team
Hayley Long’s addition to Hauser Private Equity comes when the company rapidly grows and expands. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Hauser Private Equity has additional Los Angeles and St. Louis offices.
Long will bring nearly a decade of experience as the Investor Development Director, recalling experience in trades, financial services, and funds management. Long previously worked for global asset managers PGIM and Nuveen, leveraging her education from the University of Queensland in Australia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
Mark Hauser said of the addition to his team, “We added over 50 new investors in Core Fund IV, which closed earlier this year.”
Hauser would add, “Hayley has joined our team to contribute to and develop growth plans for future core funds and provide additional resources for our existing high-net-worth investors.”
